Using what we learn in the first call, we prepare rough estimates based on your initial scope of work. This gives you a quick sense of budget fit. We'll also reconfirm the project scope and budget alignment before moving forward — transparency first.
Step 3 - 3D Site Scan
Next, our field team performs a detailed 3D scan of your property. This gives us a precise digital model to work from, enabling accurate calculations and more informed design decisions. We'll use this scan to refine scope, improve cost accuracy, and provide an initial 3D rendering so you can better visualize your renovation.
Step 4 - Formal Quotes & Contracts
Once scope and budget are aligned, we provide detailed formal quotes and contract documents — everything clear and in writing. No surprises.
Step 5 - Nerdy Overplanning Begins
Before construction starts, we dive deep into preparation: detailed scheduling, logistics planning, materials coordination, and design validation. The goal: a smooth, disciplined build process with fewer headaches for everyone.
